Frikandel Tray A16b is part of our Notpla line of snack trays.

Inspired by nature's circular waste solutions, Notpla has developed an alternative to plastic coating using seaweed. Notpla is the solution to naturally dispose of packaging, just like a piece of fruit.

Notpla packaging has the same grease and water-resistant properties as traditional coated cardboard packaging. They are stackable, microwave safe, and perfect for both hot and cold dishes.

Pros and cons
  • Notpla is the only coating not assessed as a plastic-containing coating by the regulator, the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
  • Products with a Notpla coating can therefore still be used for on-site consumption after January 1, 2024!
  • The Notpla coating is made from seaweed
  • Certifications: Compostability EN 13432 and FSC®.
