All prices on our website (products, shipping costs, and payment methods) are listed in euros and exclude VAT.
In addition, the product pages automatically display the price including VAT.

Ordering & Payment
Placing an order with PackagingDirect is simple.
Find the items you want to order and add them to your personal shopping cart. Got everything you need in your cart?
Provide your address details and easily choose one of our payment methods to complete your purchase.
At PackagingDirect, you can choose from a variety of payment methods, including:
- iDeal (NL)
- Bancontact (BE)
- Sofort (DE)
- Giropay (DE)
- Creditcard
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
- On account (business customers only)
You can enter a discount code during checkout. Your discount will be automatically calculated and deducted from the total amount. Make sure the discount code is entered correctly, as discount codes are case-sensitive.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order that has already been placed and paid for. However, you can return the ordered items within 7 working days. Please refer to our return procedure for more information.
Immediately after placing your order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. You will also receive this confirmation if the product(s) are unfortunately not available at that moment. In such cases, we will contact you by phone within a few hours.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation contains an overview of all the products you ordered and all other order details. If you place your order on a working day before 1:00 PM, we will process it right away, and it will be handed over to PostNL for delivery the same day. The track & trace information for your order is generally sent to you at the beginning of the evening.
Are you a business customer? At PackagingDirect, you can choose to pay by invoice. To use this payment method, you must create an account and enter a valid VAT number. Please ensure that there are no spaces or periods in the VAT number. Once the VAT number is entered correctly, you can use this payment option.
Please note that PackagingDirect applies a payment term of 14 days from the receipt of your order, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Additionally, an administration fee of €3.50 (excluding VAT) per transaction will be charged for payments on account.
PackagingDirect BV reserves the right to refuse this payment option. This will only occur as a result of a creditworthiness check performed by us, including checks via CreditSafe.
Shipping & Delivery Time
PackagingDirect delivers directly from its own stock, allowing us to keep delivery times short. Orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day!
Have you ordered custom-printed items? Different delivery times apply to these. These times are indicated on the product pages and will, of course, also be communicated to you.
PackagingDirect orders are shipped using different carriers, depending on the order:
- PostNL
- DPD
- DHL
- Brouwer Transport
PostNL is used for most orders placed in our webshop. In general, with PostNL, you can expect your order to be delivered on the next delivery day after the order is placed.
For custom-printed orders, we use DPD. Orders of 9 boxes or more are delivered on a pallet via Brouwer Transport.
For delivery outside The Netherlands or Belgium we use DHL as carrier.
In most cases, it is possible to pick up your order at our office. This depends on your order, as we have multiple warehouses. Please contact our customer service, and we’ll gladly check if this is an option for your situation.
Returns & Complaints
Not satisfied with the delivered items? Please contact our Customer Support within 7 working days. For returning ordered products, we follow the procedure below:
- Only undamaged and unused items in their original packaging can be returned.
- Do not write addresses or other text on the boxes, and do not stick labels or stickers on the packaging.
- Fill in the return form and send it via email to our customer service.
- Your request will be processed within four hours, and you will receive an email with further instructions regarding your return.
- Once we have received the return shipment in good condition, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within a maximum of 7 working days. Clearly state your IBAN account number on the return form.
- Shipping costs are not refunded by PackagingDirect.
