How Can I Track My Shipment?
On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us in the early evening containing the track & trace number of your shipment. This allows you to easily track your order.
What Is the Delivery Time?
If you place your order on a business day before 1:00 PM, we ensure it is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on business days, during weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
I Cannot Accept My Package
If you are unable to accept your package, an attempt will first be made to deliver it to a neighbor. If this is not possible, you will receive a digital update regarding your package.
Choose Your Own Delivery Time or Location
If the delivery time provided doesn’t suit you, you can use the app or website to select an alternative delivery location or time.
Pick Up Your Order at a PostNL Pickup Point (Netherlands Only)
Would you prefer to collect your order yourself at a PostNL pickup point? No problem. There are over 2,000 PostNL pickup points in the Netherlands. When selecting your shipping options, you can choose a PostNL pickup point near you.
Package Not Received?
If something goes wrong with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue and find a solution together.
Pick Up Your Package at Our Warehouse in Apeldoorn
Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? That’s possible! You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse in Apeldoorn. This option will appear during checkout, but only if the items are in stock at the Apeldoorn warehouse. You can collect your order at a time that suits you. If you order before 1:00 PM, your package will be ready in the afternoon. If you order after 1:00 PM and need it urgently, please contact us. We’ll discuss the options with you. You can also call or email us to arrange your pickup.
