The FS-45 foil dispenser is used for packaging vegetables, fruits, meat, and cheese in stretch film with and without trays. The device is made of stainless V2A steel. The film is separated with a permanently heated square rod and sealed on the hot plate. The FS-45 is suitable for stretch films up to 450 mm and is characterized by its compact design.

The FS-45 is equipped with rollers on the interior of the device where the roll of sealing film can be placed. The roll is protected under the lid, ensuring hygienic operation!

Usage:

Open the lid and place the roll of sealing film on the inside. Pull the sealing film through the opening and close the lid. Place the packaging tray on the device’s cover and wrap it with the film you've pulled out. Then pull the packaging tray along with the film forward. Separate the film by pulling it slightly downward over the heated rod. Pull the extending film tightly along the front sides of the goods and fold it in on both sides. Place the package for support on the packaging corner in front of the sealing plate. Seal the film by gently pressing the package against the hot plate.

Important note: The brown fiberglass film on the hot plate must not be removed. It is not part of the packaging but serves as a non-stick film when sealing the stretch film.
